Preventive Controls for Human Foods 3-Day Online
Participants who complete this course will receive their PCQI certificate. The course covers Preventive Controls for Human Foods regulations and how to write a food safety plan. This course is held at regular intervals. You may either join a prescheduled course or schedule a private course for groups of 3 or more.

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Online
This course fulfills IHA’s requirements to receive a HACCP certificate. This covers HACCP regulations and participants will learn how to create a HACCP plan. Certificates may be sent by email or mailed (for an extra fee). This course will be held at regularly scheduled intervals.
